Central AC, furnace, heat pump, mini-split and Navien boiler repair for Long Island homes and businesses, dispatched from Roosevelt in Nassau County. Our technicians handle central ac repair, furnace & heat pump repair, attic & basement air handlers and navien tankless boilers. A technician diagnoses the problem on site and gives a written quote before any approved work begins.
Why Gotham Home Services
Gotham Home Services repairs central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, Navien tankless boilers and light-commercial rooftop units on Long Island. The office is at 85 Beechwood Ave, Roosevelt, NY 11575, in Nassau County, and you can reach dispatch at (516) 348-5145. Long Island houses usually have ducted central systems with equipment in the basement, attic or garage. A technician diagnoses the fault, explains it, and gives a written quote before the repair. Gotham Home Services Inc. holds NYC home improvement contractor license 2132513-DCWP. Pricing is quote on request.

What we handle
Long Island repair calls look different from the city. Most houses in Nassau and western Suffolk have a furnace or air handler in the basement, attic or garage, ductwork to every room and a condenser beside the house. So the common calls are a central AC that runs but will not cool, an attic air handler leaking through a ceiling, a furnace that locks out on a cold night, or a heat pump stuck in defrost.
Because we are based in Roosevelt, Long Island visits are close to home. We check the thermostat, the equipment, the filter, the drain and the airflow, then quote the repair in writing before starting.
Work is limited to residential, light-commercial and PTAC equipment we repair ourselves, plus unit-level radiators and valves. Building boiler rooms and central plant equipment are not part of our scope.
Systems that run without cooling, condensers that will not start and frozen coils.
Ignition lockouts, short-cycling, defrost problems and blower failures.
Overflowing drain pans, ceiling leaks, failed condensate pumps and weak airflow.
Error codes, no heat, no hot water and ignition faults on Navien equipment.
Local service guidance
Check the thermostat batteries and mode, the breaker for both the indoor and outdoor units, and the furnace or air-handler filter. A clogged filter is a common cause of no-cool and frozen-coil problems, and checking it takes two minutes.
If water is coming through a ceiling under an attic air handler, switch the system off at the thermostat and the service switch, then call. The drain pan or condensate line is usually blocked, and running the system adds water to the ceiling.
