What is a ductless mini-split?
An outdoor condenser connected by refrigerant lines to one or more indoor heads, conditioning rooms individually without ductwork.
Can a mini-split be installed in an apartment?
Often yes, subject to building approval and a workable condenser location. We confirm both during the site visit before recommending equipment.
Does a mini-split provide heat?
Most current systems heat as well as cool. Heating output at low outdoor temperatures depends on the model, which is confirmed during sizing.
How much does a mini-split installation cost?
Pricing is quote on request. Head count, line-set routing, electrical work and building access all change the scope, so we quote after inspection.
