Before you book
Can I install a mini-split in my Manhattan apartment?
It depends on the building. Most co-ops and condos require board approval covering condenser placement, penetrations and electrical work — we document that scope for you.
What if the building will not allow an outdoor condenser?
Then a mini-split may not be viable and a PTAC or through-wall unit is often the practical alternative. We say so during the visit rather than after.
Do you handle pre-war apartments?
Yes. Masonry walls, limited electrical capacity and restricted routing are the usual constraints, and all three are checked on site.
How is pricing handled?
