Radiator complaints in New York apartments are usually about distribution inside the unit rather than the building supply: one room stays cold, another overheats, a valve will not close, or the pipes knock every time the heat comes up.
We inspect each radiator, its valve, vent, pitch and connection, then explain what is a unit-level fix and what belongs to the building before any parts are ordered.
Building boiler rooms and central plant equipment are not part of our scope.

Before you book
Why is my radiator cold when the building heat is on?
Usually a blocked air vent, a seized valve or a radiator that has lost its pitch. All three are unit-level parts we test on site.
Can you stop radiator pipes from banging?
Often yes, when the cause is pitch, a failed vent or trapped condensate in the radiator. Building-side causes are outside our scope and we say so.
Do you work on building boilers or steam plant?
No. We work on radiators, valves, vents and connections inside the apartment or home only.
How much does radiator service cost?
Pricing is quote on request. Parts, access and the number of radiators change the scope, so we quote after inspection.
