Ductless mini-splits & VRF installation

Line-hide installs for brownstones and lofts where ductwork isn't an option, plus VRF systems for mixed-use and multi-family buildings.

What to expect

Ductless is the cleanest answer for a Brooklyn brownstone, a converted loft or any apartment where you can't lose ceiling height. We route line sets down façades, through closets and along shafts with minimal patching, and we size each head to the room instead of overshooting.

For larger buildings, VRF gives you simultaneous heating and cooling with a single outdoor plant — ideal for mixed-use where retail is cooling while apartments are heating.

What's included

  • Mitsubishi and Daikin single- and multi-zone installs
  • VRF design and commissioning
  • Line-set routing and line-hide finishing
  • Condensate pump and drain design
  • Con Ed and NYSERDA rebate paperwork
  • Annual filter and coil maintenance plans

Called at 11pm with no heat in a pre-war building and someone actually picked up. Tech was there before 1am, found a failed burner control and had us running the same night.

Four-zone ductless install in a brownstone. Line sets are nearly invisible, they cleaned up every day, and they handled the Con Ed rebate paperwork for us.

Our restaurant rooftop unit quit on a Saturday. They were on the roof within the hour and we never closed. Pricing was exactly what they quoted on the phone.

They took over operator coverage for three buildings. Logs are clean, filings are on time, and we haven't had a heat violation since.

Replaced our furnace and central air. They actually did a load calculation instead of guessing, and the upstairs finally cools like it should.

Solid work on our chiller and very responsive dispatch. Only reason it isn't five stars is a parts delay, which they kept us updated on the whole way.
